Managing director
Ekrem Usta is the co-founder of Fez Travel which he established in 1997. With over 30 years of experience in the tourism industry across Turkey, the Netherlands, Germany, and Switzerland, he has developed a profound expertise in various sectors of the field. Ekrem’s primary focus is on ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting sustainable tourism practices worldwide.
Ebru Gurkan
Operations Manager
Ebru has 20 years of experience in the Tourism industry and has been managing operations at Fez Travel for the past 4 years. She is responsible for supporting guests throughout their jorney, meeting all their needs and ensuring they return home with a seemless and unforgettable travel experience.
Canan Tozduman
General manager
Canan has worked for Fez Travel for over 15 years, beginning as a part-time trainee whilst at university. From receptionist to operations, customer relations and even a tour leader, her extensive knowledge of both the destination and the company is invaluable. Her over-riding passion is designing inspiring and exciting tours for clients.

Pinar is the Sales Manager for Fez Travel, joining the team in 2019. After university she worked for Hilton Hotels, accumulating a wealth of knowledge in various roles over her 15 years there. She has a passion and skill for sharing her travel highlights with clients and is constantly curious about discovering new experiences!

Ekrem Kuzey Usta has been a sales assistant at Fez Travel since 2022. He began his professional journey while still in high school and has developed a strong interest in the tourism and travel industry. Currently, Ekrem Kuzey is working on business development, sales, and marketing within the company.
